Vista

Vista Cottage is located in Seal Rock. The house has lovely ocean views from the living room, kitchen and dining area. It’s located 1 block East of Seal Rock State Park which has excellent beach access. There is an open floor-plan and vaulted ceilings which gives the house an open, bright feeling. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is also an inflatable mattress that can be used to sleep up to 2 people in the living room. The living room has cable TV, wifi and a DVD player. The bathroom is handicap accessible with a grab-bar and fold-down seat in the shower. The house has a washer/dryer and is fully stocked with all linens. The kitchen comes completely equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a fenced yard suitable for containing most dogs. There is a large ocean-view deck, with bbq, on the west side of the house. Pets are welcomed.

RATES

Spring March 1st - June 17th $109 per night + tax

Summer June 18th - Sept. 6th $119 per night + tax

Fall Sept. 6th - Oct. 31st $109 per night + tax

Winter Nov. 1st - Feb. 28th $99 per night + tax

$40 non-refundable cleaning fee for each stay

$20 pet fee applied once during each stay if applicable

* 2 night minimum stay

** Holidays may have slightly higher prices and require a 3 night stay

Sleeps - 6 people maximum (not including infants 1 year and under)

Location - Seal Rock (8 miles South of Newport)
